We wish to commend Phillip Nastasi for his work in finding us our new home. Phil really listened to us when we outlined what we wanted. In only ten days of working with Phil, he showed us two outstanding properties which we considered; one of these is now our new home.
Phil explained everything to us in detail, met us at his office several times to explain paperwork and encouraged us to call him with questions. He said he’d be there for us, and he was – in every way; his kind consideration throughout the buying process was a godsend to us. He even gave us a binder containing all our paperwork at the close of escrow, “…so you’ll have it all in one place”.
We found a leaky valve in the laundry room of our new house. Phil insisted on coming over to check it out, and then he insisted on fixing it himself! He even had to go to a special plumbing store for the parts. Phil supplied us with phone numbers of people he has worked with to assist us with any repairs. Per Phil’s request, we call him whenever we have questions about anything regarding our home.
