We still remember the day we first walked onto this property. The moment we saw the giant oak tree stretching its branches with quiet strength across the yard, we knew we were home. That tree has been the heart of so many of our favorite memories: birthday brunches beneath its canopy, tea parties with little ones, laughter from the swing that somehow made everyone feel like a kid again. It's hard to capture the magic of this place in words, but if you feel it too as you walk the grounds, you'll understand. For the past 18 years, this home has been more than a roof over our heads it's been the backdrop to our lives. We've raised our children here. We've thrown pool parties that spilled into the evening, hosted milestone celebrations, and shared countless Sunday barbecues where friends never seemed to want to leave. This is the kind of home that welcomes everyone with open arms. At night, sitting by the hot tub, surrounded by trees and silence, you could swear you're miles from Los Angeles. And yet, in just minutes, you can be enjoying dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants in Toluca Village, where you're likely to know the owner by name. We love this community from the neighborhood Turkey Trot to the holiday parades, it feels like a small town hidden in the heart of the city. Our decision to sell didn't come easily. This home holds our history, our milestones, and so much joy. But we know it's time for a new chapter for us and this home.
